This recognition comes as a result of our collaboration with Honeywell and the use of our CERAM PRO 365 ceramic 3D printing solution for manufacturing Ceramic Foundry Cores. The results will be announced at the ceremony on June 4, 2025.
What Are the TCT Awards?
The TCT Awards are an annual event that honors the most outstanding innovations and applications in the global field of 3D printing and additive manufacturing.
These awards cover various categories, including innovations in hardware, software, materials, and post-processing, as well as applications in sectors such as aerospace, defense, automotive, rail, consumer products, healthcare, industry, and creativity.
Our Ceramic Foundry Cores, printed with the CERAM PRO 365, stand out as a leading solution in industrial ceramics.
Thanks to our 3D printer, launched last year, which offers a high resolution of 31 µm per pixel and a modular print platform of up to 264 x 328 x 350 mm, this technology enables the manufacturing of ceramic cores that are essential for producing complex parts used in high-performance applications, such as aircraft engines and defense equipment.
In addition to its precision, the CERAM PRO 365 enables time and cost savings of up to 90% compared to traditional ceramic foundry methods. It also reduces part development time from 1 to 2 years down to just 7-8 weeks, generating significant savings for businesses.
Developed in partnership with Honeywell Additive Manufacturing Center, this project combines exceptional performance with increased flexibility to meet the specific requirements of the aerospace industry.
